93. 'Oeditpus' is simple

It's just a takeoff on "Oedipus Rex," with the 't' to indicate I was a newspaper editor at the time I came up with it (for a forum called Testy Copy Editors).

My personal history with "Rex," though, goes back 50 years. It'd take an hour or so to type the whole story on my phone, and it's rather convoluted.

_{It all started in 1974 with three guys named "Dave" in my expanded gang, and my passion for Dr Pepper...}
