the stationary exercise bike has gotta go! It is causing me pain. [View all]

I started slowly, increasing my time on the bike slowly over weeks. I did it at the level of least resistance since I am in my mid 80s.

What a disaster! The pain in my calves was awful.

Old people need their own equipment. I'm moving to a retirement community and will not have space for it anyway. Plus, they have trained personnel who will work with me on the equipment in the exercise room.

Before I retired I was doing Jazzercise classes 3 times a week as it was near my office. It helped strengthen me and I am better off now because I did it so faithfully. Dance is great fun!
