It's just from the initial quote mark to the word "the."

If I remove the word "the" it is fine.
If I remove the quote mark it is fine.
If I remove "subject" or "to" it is fine

And the oddest thing is that if it is at the top of the text box it throws the error, but farther down it doesn't.
