So this person knew *EXACTLY* what the answer was: That Mobile Data should be ON and Wife Wifi Calling OFF, and VOILA, all the test messages sent over the past two days that had "no service" immediately got Sent *NOW* and some poor recipients going "Whaa" over old messages from yesterday, yet able and willing to answer!
