It is for me. I am an engineer. By nature, whenever there is a problem, I feel an urge to fix it. It is tough to just sit there and listen. Even though that might be the best solution. It’s doing nothing that’s hard. I must solve the problem. I have to remind myself that listening is a solution. Sometimes the”do nothing” option Is the best engineering solution.
