8. Cheese, Mushroom and Onion Pizza

We found out one of our local pizzerias now has vegan cheese so we couldn’t resist trying their pie. Great! The place we usually get pizza from is a 20 minute drive and this new place is 2 blocks away. Turns out it’s Detroit style pizza which means it has a thicker crust baked in these crazy high sided rectangular baking pans. The pizza was very good, different from Buffalo style, but I felt it was a little underbaked. Next time I’ll request it be slightly over baked. Cheers!🥂
