What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 30, 2025 [View all]

I found this unusual salad recipe in a cookbook called From Tapas to Meze by Joanne Weir:

Radicchio, Arugula, Blood Oranges, Raisins, and Pine Nuts. It also has fennel. The raisins are covered with hot water with a bit of orange juice mixed in; soak for about 10".

The dressing is citrus (orange) vinaigrette.

I'll have a serving of chicken with cilantro pesto that I made from yesterday.

Just made a gallon of kombucha and used cider to flavor it. So good!

Dessert: I still have a few blackberries and whipped cream from yesterday, so that with shortbread. Hot cup of Earl Grey to go with it.
