7. After 54+ years of cooking, I never tried this before.

I made country sausage gravy. I used sage pork sausage, 4 tbsp butter, 5 tbsp flour, and about 2 3/4 cups 2% milk. A bit of sea salt & freshly ground pepper, a dash of cayenne and it was quite good. Served it over buttered toast and topped with fried eggs.

I don't know why I was so worried I'd get it wrong.
