The ever evolving sense of 'entitlement' demonstrated my house panthers [View all]

Gryff's new thing is to insist on curling up on which ever pillow I am using. I mean, to the point of pushing my head aside so he can have even MORE comfort. It can be very annoying, especially when I'm trying to fall asleep. He gets a pass, today. At 4am he started stealing my pillow. BTW, there are two other completely unused pillows available, one right next to me. Apparently that's not good enough for Gryff. But I digress. After he woke me up I decided to get a breath of fresh air before the humidity hits 10000000%. It's then that I saw that BEAUTIFUL glowing full moon. I think I caught it just before it dipped behind the tree line.

As for Merlin? When I toast a bagel for breakfast I always spread a little Neufchâtel cheese on a saucer. He LOVES Neufchâtel cheese. I'm careful to limit how much he gets but lactose intolerance doesn't seem to be an issue for him. He also likes to drink milk out of my glass.

Again, I digress. Now having the treat offered on a saucer just isn't sufficient. He insists on licking it off of my finger. On the bright side, he often follows up this routine by giving me kisses.

Honestly, where would I be without these precious kid cats?
