9. I was once engaged to a woman whose cat would NOT eat food that had been in the refrigerator.

We had to nuke his food a wee bit.....and it had better not be what he was offered yesterday. He would go back to a previously-served variety, but there had to be variety in between. Both of those are evolutionary traits - can't blame the cat for millennia of experience.

My current cat tries to climb my leg when I'm doling out FF, even if it was the same variety as he'd been given for several meals in a row. He is a MAJOR glutton, though. When he finishes his portion, he'll come around to see if my wife or I am eating something interesting, often with barely a heartbeat in between.
