post. I agree Pudge Rodriguez should've been on the list of great catchers. Another poster suggested Carlton Fisk also.

I also agree on Larry Holmes. Tough following Ali. Lary Holmes did have that great jackhammer jab though, different from Ali's fast and stinging one.

Isn't it someting that Ohtani is the best in the game today but his numbers so far aren't close to the greats back in the day?
