All your records of services rendered, charges paid, etc. will be on THEIR servers, and will be auto-deleted after a year or two.

Already, many 'receipts' are not full documentation of purchases, but a link to data on the merchant's servers. If you bought something a WalMart and got an e-receipt, don't count on the info being there now.

Pretty hard to enforce those warranties without actual receipts, and the receipts are likely to vanish before the warranties are up.
