Multiple things to consider, but with more HP the driver may be more inclined to use it which results in more aggressive driving. The other element I would consider is the effect on tires.

All-electric vehicles are inherently heavier due to the weight of the battery and exert more torq on the tires and wear them out quicker. A person that pays for this upgrade will go through tires even more quickly.
