Can the prosecutor file charges and ask the court to identify the officers involved in this arrest being there was a crime by the officers plainly shown in the videos and that they lied evidenced by witness testimony and the video ?The sons should get an attorney and file a civil lawsuit for the illegal force used to take this older guy and the government would have to give evidence in discovery .
